摘    要:目的 探讨经阴道或直肠彩色多普勒超声对输尿管盆段结石诊断的价值.方法 用腔内彩色多普勒超声检查10例正常人双侧输尿管和21例输尿管盆段结石者的正常与患侧输尿管,显示输尿管及腔内结石;测量排尿期及排尿间隔期输尿管腔内径,记录输尿管口喷尿持续时间、间歇时间.结果 腔内超声对输尿管盆段结石的显示率100%.结石近段管腔内径较...

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of transrectal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of lithiasis in ureteral pelvic. Methods The ureter of 10 normal subjects and 21 patients with ureteral pelvic calculus were measured by endoluminal ultrasound, then the calculus were displayed, the diameter of ureter during urination and urination interval were measured, and the persistence time and interval time of ureteral urine were recorded. Results The display rate of ureteral pelvic calculus was 100% by endoluminal ultrasound. The diameter of proximal segment ureter with calculus was larger than of distal segment and control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The interval time of ureteral urine was shorten, and persistence time was longer, urine flow with persistent low velocity was even showed. Conclusion Endoluminal ultrasound has high display rate of ureteral pelvic calculus, it can accurately determine the size, location, number of calculus, the degree of ureter dilation and abnormality or stenosis of ureter.
