Application of uterine artery flow Doppler ultrasound measurement in late pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To explore the application value of uterine artery flow Doppler ultrasound measurement in late pregnancy - induced hypertension. Methods Sixty - eight cases of pregnancy - imluced hypertension and forty - seven cases of normal pregnantcy were enrolled in this study. Their hemodynamic parameters （S/D, RI, PI） were detected by uterine artery Doppler uhrasound, then the difference of uterine artelw hemodynamic parameters and pregnant outcome in two groups were compared, and the pregnant outcome in normal resistance indices （RI） group and abnormal RI group of pregnancy - induced hypertension was compared. Results Uterine artery S/D, RI, PI and early diastolic notch in almormal pregnancy group were higher than those in control group , there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. while the gestation age and neonatal weight in hypertensive of pregnant women were lower than those in control group, incision delivery rate, premature delivel7 rate and weigt index were higher than those in control group,there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with normal control group, the gestation age, mean neonatal weight in RI abnormal group were obviously decreased,and premature delivery rate and neonatal monitoring were increased, there was significant difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The resistance indices （RI） of uterine artery Doppler ultrasound in the third -trimester of pregnancy is a sensitive index for predicting adverse pregnancy outeome, uterine artery flow Doppler uhrasound can evaluate the perinalal complications of pregnancy - induced hypertension.
