| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者QT间期离散度(QTd)与室性心律失常的关系。方法测量42例AMI患者心电图的QTd,对有室性心律失常组与无室性心律失常组进行比较。结果AMI有室性心律失常组的QTd高于无室性心律失常组的QTd。结论AMI患者发生室性心律失常与QTd增大有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship between QT dispersion(QTd) and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods QTd was measured on electrocardiogram in 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction.QTd in the group of patients with ventricular arrhythmia was compared with that of the group of patients without ventricular arrhythmia.Results QTd was greater in the ventricular arrhythmia group compared with the group without ventricular arrhythmin in AMI patients.Conclusion QTd augmention may be associated with ventricular arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction. |
