联合用药治疗180例复发性阴道炎的疗效分析

目的观察联合用药治疗复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的安全性及效果。方法选取2007年1月至2009年1月来本院就诊的180例复发性阴道炎患者作为本次研究的对象,采用硝酸咪康唑栓和伊曲康唑胶囊进行治疗,随访并观察患者临床症状、体征和真菌学检查结果后进行疗效和安全性评价。结果 180例患者在进行了首次治疗后,白带增多率、瘙痒率和疼痛率分别下降到了45.5%、42.2%和21.1%;黏膜充血率、豆渣样白带率和真菌学涂片阳性率分别下将到了44.4%、40.0%和11.1%。首次治疗后180例患者的好转率和治愈率分别达到了45.5%和54.4%。维持期第3次治疗后,患者治愈率达到了99.4%。结论联合用药治疗复发性念珠菌性外阴阴道炎安全有效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Study on curative effect of 180 patients with recidivistic colpitis
