血清同型半胱氨酸、高敏C反应蛋白的水平与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,分析两者之间的相关性.方法 测定54例OSAHS患者治疗前后的血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平,并与46例健康人作对照.采用荧光免疫分析法测定Hcy水平、增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清hs-CRP水平.将检测结果与睡眠呼吸监测指标进行相关性分析.结果 血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平在病例组中高于对照组(P〈0.01).经呼吸机正压通气治疗后,血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平与治疗前比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经Pearson's相关分析,OSAHS 患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP水平均与 OSAHS 病情的严重程度相关(P<0.05),血清hs-CRP水平与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI) 、呼吸障碍事件最长时间呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 Hcy、hs-CRP与OSAHS病情存在一定的相关性,动态监测Hcy、hs-CRP水平对于评价患者的疗效有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the correlation of homocysteine (Hcy), high sensitive C - reactive protein (hs - CRP) and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) by testing the level of Hcy and the hs - CRP of serum. Methods The levels of serum Hcy, hs - CRP were detected in 54 cases of OSAHS patients before and after treatment. The results of the two indexes were compared with 46 cases of healthy peo ple. The Hcy level were detected by fluorescence immunity analysis method. The hs - CRP levels were detected by the immune transmission turbidi- metric method. Test results with sleep apnea monitoring indicators were compared with correlation analysis. Results Serum Hcy, hs CRP levels in the case group is higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. O1 ). After treatment with positive airway pressure breathing machine, serum Hcy, hs CRP sigrfificantly decline compared with before treatment. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). By Pearson correlation analy sis, plasma Hcy of OSAHS patients, hs CRP levels are associated with the severity of OSAHS disease ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum hs CRP levels and apnea hypoventilation index (AHI) and time longest apnea events were positively correlated ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion Hcy and hs - CRP correlated with the OSAHS. The level of Hcy and hs - CRP after therapy may have some reference value to evaluate the Treatment Effectiveness in OSAHS.
