幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌术后复发的关系分析

目的了解幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与胃癌进展的关系及其预后价值。方法回顾性分析134例胃癌患者进行,了解HP感染与临床病理特征和术后复发率的关系。结果 HP阳性(n=93)患者平均年龄显著低于HP阴性(n=41)的患者且中下段胃癌的发生率较高(P<0.05)。术后随访发现,HP阳性的患者术后复发率显著高于HP阴性的患者(P=0.036)。结论对于合并HP感染的胃癌患者,术后行清除HP治疗可能具有预防复发的价值。

Study on relationship between infection of Helicobacter pylori and tumor recurrence after curative resection of gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between infeetion of Helieobacter pylori （HP） and progress of tumor, and to study the prognostic signifieanee of HP infection. Methods The elinieal data of 134 patients with gastric cancer and the relationship between HP infection and clinical - pathological features or the probability of tumor recurrence after curative resection were retrospectively analyzed. Results The aver- age age of patients with positive HP infection （ n = 93 ） was significantly lower than those with negative infection （ n = 41 ） , and patients with posi- tive infection had higher incidence of cancer in middle or lower portion of stomach （ P 〈 0.05 ）. During the follow - up period, patients with posi- tive HP infection had higher probability of tumor recurrence in comparison with those with negative infection （ P = 0. 036）. Conclusion For pa- tients with gastric carcinoma and infected with HP, the eradication of HP may have preventive significance for the recurrence of gastric carcinoma.
