辛伐他汀改善高血压合并高血脂患者的血管内皮功能

目的研究辛伐他汀对高血压合并高血脂患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法入选132例高血压合并高血脂患者，随机分为辛伐他汀20mg组和40mg组，治疗12周，50例正常体检者为对照组。检测治疗前后3组血压、血脂、一氧化氮（NO）及血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）含量。结果治疗前辛伐他汀两组的血压和血脂明显高于对照组，治疗后血压和血脂显著下降（P〈0．01），与辛伐他汀20mg组相比，40mg组更进一步改善高血压患者的血脂异常。辛伐他汀组治疗前的NO明显低于对照组，vWF明显高于对照组，治疗后NO显著升高，vWF显著下降（P〈0．01），与辛伐他汀20mg组相比，40mg组更能进一步改善高血压患者的血管内皮功能。结论辛伐他汀可改善高血压合并高血脂患者的血管内皮功能，并呈剂量依赖性。

Effects of sinvastatin on endothelium protection in patients with hypertension accompanied with lipid abnormalities

Objective To investigate the effects of sinvastatin on endothelium protection in patients with hypertension accompanied with lipid abnormalities. Methods One hundred and thirty - two patients with hypertension accompanied with lipid abnormalities were randomly divided into 20 mg sinvastatin group （ n = 72） and 40 mg group （ n = 60）, Fifty healthy subjects were as normal control group, Blood pressure, lipids, plasma NO and vWF were measured before and after treatment with sinvastatin. Results Blood pressure and lipids in the two sinvastatin treatment groups was much higher than those in control group before experiment, and was much lower after treatment （ P 〈 0, 01 ）, especially in 40mg group. Compared with control group, the plasma level of NO was lower and vWF higher in two sinvastatin groups before treatment （ P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment the plasma level of NO was significantly increased and vWF decreased in two sinvastatin groups （ P 〈0.01 ）, especially in 40mg group. Condusion Sinvastatin can significantly improve endothelial function in patients with hypertension accompanied with lipid abnormalitie.
