| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨年龄对化疗疗效和预后的影响.方法 分析296例老年肺癌治疗情况,其中采用含铂方案化疗247例,非铂方案化疗49例.结果 含铂方案化疗＜70岁组其有效率(RR)29.7%与≥70岁组RR 30.3%有效率比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05).非铂方案化疗＜70岁其RR 21.7%与≥70岁RR23.1%比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05).生存时间和毒副作用比较差异无显著性.结论 年龄因素并不影响化疗疗效、生存率及增加骨髓抑制的发生,临床化疗中不应排除70岁以上人群.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of age on the effectiveness of chemotherapy and the prognosis of the patients.Methods Of the 296 elderly patients with lung cancer,247 patients received platinum-based chemotherapy and 49 patients received platinum-free chemotherapy.Results There were no significant differences in response rate between patients younger than 70 years and those of 70 years or older in platinum-based chemotherapy(29.7% vs.30.3%,P>0.05) and in platinum-free chemotherapy(21.7% vs.23.1%,P>0.05).There were no significant differences in survival time,toxicity and side effects between two age groups.Conclusion Age has no effect on effectiveness of chemotherapy and survival rate of the patients,nor increases the bone marrow suppression rate,patients of 70 years or older should not be excluded in the clinical trials. |
