| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫颈鳞癌组织和正常宫颈组织中KAI1／CD82的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SABC法，检测13例正常子宫颈上皮和54例子宫颈癌组织中KAI1／CD82的表达，并进行比较分析。结果13例正常子宫颈上皮中KAI1／CD82的表达均为阳性（13／13）；子宫颈癌组织中KAI1／CD82的表达降低（28／54，P〈0．01）；子宫颈癌组织KAI1／CD82的表达与淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0．01）。结论KAI1／CD82在子宫颈鳞癌中表达下调，与子宫颈癌淋巴结转移有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance in KAI1/CD82 expressions in cervical squamous cancer tissues and normal cervical tissues. Methods The expression of KAI1/CD82 were assayed by SABC immunohistochemieal methods in 54 eases of cervidal cancer tissues and 13 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results Positive expression of KAI1/CD82 was detected in 13 normal cervical tissue （ 13/13 ）. KAI1/CD82 expression is down - regulated in cervical carcinoma（ 28/54, P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of KAI1/CD82 in cervical cancer tissues signiticantly correlate with lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion KAI1/CD82expression is down - regulated in cervical carcinoma, and is to correlate with lymph node metastasis. |
