肾癌与血浆脂代谢指标水平相关性分析

目的分析肾癌的危险因素，探讨肾癌与血浆脂代谢水平相关性。方法测定95例肾癌患者和138例非肿瘤患者的血脂水平，并结合肾癌临床分期进行差异性的比较。结果肾癌患者与非肿瘤组患者相比较，肾癌组血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL）较非肿瘤组低，血浆甘油三酯（TG）、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（VLDL）则明显升高，两组差异有显著性（P〈0．01），在肾癌组患者中，随肿瘤分期的不同，血浆HDL逐渐降低，血浆TG、VLDL则逐渐升高，与I期相比较，各组差异均有显著性（P〈0．01），而各分组在TC和LDL方面则无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论脂代谢紊乱可能是肾癌的危险因素；血脂水平与肾癌的发生发展有一定的相关性。

The relationship between renal cell carcinoma and plasma lipoprotein.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of renal cell carcinoma and investigate the association of cancer with the level of plasma lipoproteins. Methods The levels of piasma lipoproteins were measured in 95 renal cell carcinoma patients and 138 randomly selected non - tumor patients. The level of the two indexes were analyzed in both groups. Results Triglycerides （ TG ）, very - low - density lipoprotein （VLDL） in cancer group were higher than those in non - tumor group （ P 〈0.01 ）. The level of plasma HDLwas lower than that in non - tumor group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Plasma HDL gradually decreased, the plasma tfiglyceride （TG）, VLDL increased gradually in the clinical stage of the tumor （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences in total cholesterol and LDL （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Disturbance of lipid metabolism may be the risk factors for renal cell carcinoma. The level of plasma lipoprteins are associated with 13 enal cell carcinoma.
