脑卒中患者的社区康复治疗及临床价值探讨

目的探讨脑卒中患者社区康复治疗的临床价值。方法选取我社区38例(观察组)脑卒中患者进行社区康复治疗,并选取同期35例(对照组)未进行社区康复治疗的脑卒中患者进行Barthel指数评分,比较治疗前、治疗后1、3个月末患者日常生活能力状况。结果观察组在治疗1个月MB I量表评分有改善,但与对照组相比1个月末差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗程至3个月末时,评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区康复治疗可以明显改善脑卒中患者的预后,促进日常生活活动能力的恢复。

Community-based rehabilitation for patients with stroke treatment and clinical value

Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with stroke the clinical value of community-based rehabilitation.Methods 38 cases of my community（study group） for community rehabilitation of stroke patients,and select the same 35 patients（control group） did not carry out community rehabilitation of stroke patients with Barthel index scores were compared before treatment,after treatment 1,3 activities of daily living in patients with end of month status.Results observed in the treatment group 1 month MBI scale scores have improved,but compared with the control group was not significant,（P 0.05）,duration of 3 months,scores increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Community-based rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the prognosis of stroke patients,and promote the recovery of activities of daily living.
