摘    要:目的 观察倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床疗效.方法 68例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例).对照组采用复方丹参注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用倍他司汀,两组疗程均为2周.治疗结束后比较两组临床疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为88.2%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.6%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未见严重不良反应.结论 倍他司汀联合复方丹参注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative efficacy of betahistine combined with compound danshen injection in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods Six-eight cases of vertebral basilar insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases) and control group(34 cases).Cases in control group were treated by compound danshen injection for 2 weeks;cases in treatment group were treated by betahistine and compound danshen injection for the same period.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of control group was 88.2%,and the total effective rate of treatment group was 70.6%,there was a significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The treatment of betahistine combined with compound danshen injection in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency has a good efficacy.It is worthy of clinical application.
