降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白与外周血碱性磷酸酶积分在细菌感染中应用探讨

目的了解降钙素原（PCT）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）与外周血碱性磷酸酶积分（NAP）3个指标在感染病例中的数值变化，评价它们的诊断价值。方法通过对我院已诊断为细菌感染的32个病例的3个指标同时测定，PCT用半定量胶体金方法测定，hs—CRP用免疫比浊法测定，外周血碱性磷酸酶积分（NAP）用染色法测定，并与其他非细菌感染的15个病例的3个指标进行比较。结果感染病例的3个指标与非感染病例的3个指标比较有显著性差异。以0．5ng／ml为界限，PCT检测细菌感染的灵敏度为75％，特异性为80％：以10mg／L为界限，hs—CRP的灵敏度为93．7％，特异性为53．3％；以120为界限，NAP的灵敏度为56．3％，特异性为86．6％。结论3个指标均可作为细菌感染诊断指标．hs—CRP的晏敏唐较高．而PCT和NAP的特异性更高．
