| 摘 要： | 为了尽可能地预防脑外科护理中护患纠纷的发生，必须明确脑外科护患沟通的特点，了解引起护患沟通障碍的因素，并在此基础上思考在脑外科护理中怎样进行良好的护患沟通。加强护患沟通的意识，提高沟通技巧，加强培训，提高素质是有效预防护患纠纷发生的关键。

| Abstract: | In order to prevent the dispute in nursing care in department of neurosurgery, we must explicitly realize the characteristics in nurse - patient communication and the factors influencing nurse - patient communication, and the development of good nurse - patient communication for neurosurgical care based on this thinking. We believe that ＂ strengthening of nurse - patient communication, enhancing communication skills, step up training and improving the quality of nursing＂ are keys for effective prevention of nurse - patient disputes. |
