| 摘 要： | 戴阿李斯特菌属(Dialister sp.)是厌氧或微需氧革兰阴性细小球杆菌,含有5个人源性菌种:侵肺戴阿李斯特菌(D.pneumosintes)1]、浑浊戴阿李斯特菌(D.invisus)2]、微嗜氧戴阿李斯特菌(D.micraerophilus)、产丙酸戴阿李斯特菌(D.propionicifaciens)3]和喜琥珀酸戴阿李斯特菌(D.succinatiphilus)4]。该菌属在哥伦比亚血琼脂平板上形成针尖大小、圆形、透明菌落,在混合培养物中很容易被忽略3]。

A case of bacteremia caused by Dialister pneumosintes in a patient with liver abscess |

| Abstract: | Dialister pneumosintes is a strictly anaerobic Gram-negative organism. It mainly causes periodontitis, gingivitis, and other oral diseases, but it can also cause brain abscess, bacteremia and other diseases. The bacterium was successfully isolated from the blood culture of a patient with a suspected liver abscess in our hospital. Based on 16S rDNA gene sequence, the organism was identified. This patient improved after sensitive drug treatment and was discharged from the hospital, as reported below. |
