| 摘 要： | 介绍黄柳向教授运用益气健脾,柔肝理气,化痰祛瘀法治疗胃癌前病变的经验。黄教授认为,胃癌前病变的根本病机为本虚标实,即脾胃亏虚为本,气滞痰凝血瘀为标;治疗当以益气健脾,柔肝理气,化痰祛瘀为法。临床上采用莪蚕健胃方加减治疗,对胃癌前病变的阻断与逆转效果确切,并附典型案例1则。

| Abstract: | This article introduces HUANG Liuxiang’s experience in treating gastric precancerous lesions with the methods of replenishing Qi and invigorating the spleen,softening the liver and regulating Qi,and removing phlegm and blood stasis.Professor HUANG believes that the underlying pathogenesis of gastric precancerous lesions is based on the deficiency and the essence,that is,the deficiency of the spleen and stomach is based,the stagnation of Qi and phlegm and blood stasis are the criteria;the treatment should be based on the methods of replenishing Qi and strengthening the spleen,softening the liver and regulating Qi,and resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.Clinically,modified E’can decoction is used for treatment,which has a definite effect on blocking and reversing gastric precancerous lesions,and a typical case is attached. |
