戊二醛可替代酒精做青霉素皮试的效果观察

探讨了戊二醛消毒皮肤做青霉素皮试的安全性。 1996年 3月对 0 2 5 %、0 5 %、1%的戊二醛进行了杀菌效果检测。结果 :0 .5 %戊二醛最佳。对 10 0 0例病人分别用 0 .5 %戊二醛与 75 %酒精进行青霉素皮试皮肤消毒试验。试验表明 ,前者未出现假阳性 (0 /5 0 0 ) ,后者假阳性 15例 (15 /5 0 0 )。提示 :0 5 %戊二醛对皮肤无刺激 ,不影响结果判断 ,可替代 75 %酒精做青霉素皮试的皮肤消毒液。

Glutaraldehyde can Swbstitute Alcohol as Skin-Sterilizing Solution during Penicillin Skin Test

This article describles the safety that 0.5% glutaraldehyde can be used properly to sterilize the skin when the penicillin skin test is being carried out.In March,1996,We did some experiments with 0.25%,0.5%,1% glutaraldehyde solution respectively and the experiment result showed that 0.5% was the best choice.At the same time,we experimented individually with 0.5% glutaraldehyde and 75 alcohol when doing the skin sterilizing test.It shows that no false positive reaction exists in the former one,15 cases false positive reaction edist in the later one affix:0.5% glutaraldehyde solution has no stimulus to skin and doesn't affect the judgement of the experiment results.The conclusion is that 0.5% glutaraldehyde can swbstitue 75% alcohol to sterilize the skin during penicillin skin test.
