护理干预对急性脑卒中患者抑郁的影响

目的探讨护理干预对脑卒中患者抑郁的影响。方法将72例经汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）筛选后的脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为干预组和对照组各36例。对照组接受常规的治疗，干预组在此基础上接受护理干预，分别于干预前及干预后3，6，12个月用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和改良的Rankin量表（MRS）评定干预效果。结果干预组患者干预3，6，12个月后的SDS值显著低于对照组，MRS值显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义，（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预能够减轻脑卒中抑郁患者的抑静情绪。

Effect of nursing intervention on depression of patients with acute stroke

Objective To probe the effect of nursing interventions on depression of patients with acute stroke. Methods 72 cases of stroke patients with depression screened by Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment.The intervention group was given nursing intervention based on routine treatment. The effect was assessed before and after 3, 6 and 12 months of intervention with Zung self-rating depression scale （SDS） and improved Rankin scale （MRS）. Results The value of SDS after 3,6 or 12 months was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）,and the value of MRS was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce depression in patients with post-stroke depression.
