经外周导入中心静脉置管采集血标本的临床研究

目的探讨经外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)采集血标本对检验结果及导管使用情况的影响。方法选择60例接受PICC的病人,随机分为采血组和非采血组各30例。比较2组病人导管并发症的发生率。采血组分别经外周静脉和PICC采血检测血常规、血生化和凝血指标,比较2种采血方法对检验结果的影响及采血成功率。结果PICC与经外周静脉采血的检测结果比较差异无显著性,采血组和非采血组导管并发症的发生率比较差异也无显著性。经外周静脉采血成功率为90%(P<0.05)。结论PICC采血对检验结果和导管正常使用无明显影响,具有无痛苦、成功率高、可反复采集等优点,可作为临床采集血样的途径之一。

A clinical study on sampling blood from peripherally inserted central catheter

Objective To investigate the effects of blood sampling from peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) on laboratory results and catheter usage. Methods Sixty patients who accepted PICC were randomly divided into two groups:blood sampling and non-blood sampling(n=30 per group).The occurrence of catheter-related complications between two groups was compared.As for blood sampling group,each patient accepted blood sampling from both PICC and peripherally vein for blood routine,biochemistry,and blood coagulation analysis.The results of blood parmeters and the successful rate were compared between two blood sampling routes. Results The results of the above parameters were no significant difference between two blood sampling routes.The occurrence of catheter-related complications between blood sampling and non-blood sampling groups was also no statistical difference.The once successful rate of blood sampling was 90% perapheral route (P<0.05). Conclusions When compared with routine methods,blood sampling from PICC has some advantages,such as painlessness,higher successful rate,and repeatable sampling.There is no obvious influence for lab results and duct usage by blood sampling from PICC,which can be one route of clinical blood sampling.
