模拟家庭环境开放式管理及技能训练对住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的 探讨模拟家庭环境开放管理及综合技能训练对精神分裂症病人康复的影响。方法 将200例住院精神分裂症病人随机分为研究组和对照组各100例，研究组实施模拟家庭环境开放管理和综合技能训练，观察3个月。采用自制的满意度／舒适度问卷、精神病人康复疗效评定量表、社会功能筛选量表、自知力问卷、大体疗效评定量表、简明精神病评定量表作为评价工具。结果人组时所有量表评分2组间差异均无显著性(P＞0．05)，3个月后．各量表评分2组间差异均存在显著性(均P＜0．05)。结论 对住院精神分裂症病人实行模拟家庭环境开放式管理并配合技能训练，可提高住院精神病人的康复效果。

The effect of open type management and vocational training under a imitating family environment on rehabilitative Schizophrenics

Objective To explore rehabilitative effect of the patients who are disposed in the open type management and vocational training under a imitating family environment. Methods 200 schizophrenics were randomly divided into study group (100) and control group (100) . The study group were given general skill training in imitating family environment sickroom for 3 months. They were assessed with satisfaction and comfortable degree questionnaire designed by ourselves, IPROS, SDSS, ITAQ, GAS and BPRS. Result The score of all scales wasn't significant different between the two groups(P>0.05). After 3 months, the score of was all scales was significant different between them. Conclusion The open type management under a imitating family environment can improve rehabilitation of patients.
