护理人员循证实践基本素质构成的研究

目的确定护理人员循证实践的基本素质构成,为护理人员循证能力的培养和循证护理教育提供理论依据。方法对国内外关于循证素质的文献进行分析和研究并向专家咨询,确定素质构成的基本要素。结果初步确定了临床护理人员循证实践基本素质的构成,包括循证态度、循证知识和循证技能3个部分,以及循证认知情感、行为倾向,对循证护理概念和方法的认识,评判性思维、文献检索和评价能力、沟通交流能力、临床决策能力等9项基本要素。结论应加强护理人员循证素质培养,更好的为患者服务。

Research about the ability form of evidence-based nursing for nurses

Objective To study the ability form of evidence-based nursing for nurses, and then make out proper training projects to improve the quality of nursing education. Methods Analyzed the domestic and overseas evidence-based nurisng-related medical documents and interview experts in this field to know the ability form of evidence-based nursing which current nurses should have. Results The ability form of evidence-based nursing which nurses should have were attitude of evidence-based nursing, knowledge of evidence-based nursing and the skills of evidence-based nursing. The related 9 factors about evidence-based nursing ability were cognization of evidence-based nursing, behaviour tendency, knowledge about the evidence-based nursing concept, ability of documents searching, effective community and so on. Conclusions The evidence-based nursing quality of nurses should be strengthened, and then provide improved nursing for patients.
