原发性肝癌经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术后的观察和护理

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱痉挛发生的原因和护理措施。方法采用观察法对108例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的患者进行观察，分析膀胱痉挛的产生原因，及时给予对症护理。结果108例患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后60例出现膀胱痉挛，发生率55％。术后膀胱痉挛的主要原因有：（1）患者的心理状况占85．0％；（2）引流管折叠、堵塞占71．7％；（3）导管刺激占25．0％；（4）冲洗液温度、速度不适占15．0％；（5）腹压增高占10．0％；（6）膀胱及尿道感染占1．7％。结论对经尿道行膀胱肿瘤电切术的患者术前做好心理护理、术后做好管道的护理及病情观察是预防术后膀胱痉挛发生的关键。

Reason analysis and counter nursing measures for postoperative cystospasm about patients with transurethral resection for bladder tumor

Objective In order to know the reasons and counter measures for postoperative cystospasm about patient with transurethral resection for bladder tumor. Methods Summarized nursing cares among 108 patients with transurethral resection for bladder tumor, the nursing points of observation was reasons on postoperative cystospasm and counter nursing cares. Results There were 60 cases had postoperative cystospasm, the incidence rate was 55%, the major reasons of postoperative cystospasm were psychological reasons, improper nursing cares, catheter stimulation, improper flush temperature and speed, high abdominal pressure,bladder urinary tract infection, and so on. Conclusion Proper preoperative psychological nursing and counter careful nursing cares are the guarantee to avoid postoperative cystospasm for patients with transurethral resection for bladder tumor.
