骨巨细胞瘤特制人工假体置换术后患者的康复训练

摘    要:目的探讨特制人工假体置换治疗骨巨细胞瘤术后患者康复训练的效果。方法对20例骨巨细胞瘤特制人工假体置换术患者术后实施系统化康复训练,包括肌力训练、关节活动训练、平衡功能、本体感觉及步态训练,并强调早期的肌肉主动性收缩训练。结果根据Enneking的骨骼肌肉肿瘤术后功能评分,本组5例患者术后患侧上肢功能评分20-28分,平均26.6分;评分在24分以上者4例,优良率80.0%。下肢功能评分15例为14~27分,平均为21.5分,优良率86.7%。结论采用特制人工假体置换治疗骨巨细胞瘤进行早期分阶段关节功能康复训练可防止关节僵硬,减少关节囊、韧带等软组织粘连,最大限度恢复关节功能。

Abstract:Objective In order to evaluate the effect of convalescent training on patients after special prosthesis replacement in treatment of giant cell tumors. Methods Selected 20 patients with giantcell tumors treated by convalescent trainings postoperatively,including trainings of muscle strength,joint movement,balance,noumenal sense and gait.Emphasizes earlier training of active muscle contraction. Results According to Enneking score system of bone and muscle postoperation.The lowest extremitas superior postoperation score of 5 patients was 20,the highest was 28,the average was 26.6. The score in 4 patients were over 24 ,the good rate was 80.0%.The extremitas inferior score of 15 patients was from14 to 27,the average was 21.5. the good rate was 86.7%. Conclusions Earlier staged joint functi-onal rehabilitation exercise after special prosthesis replacement in treatment of giantcell tumors could preventing ankylosis,prevent from adhering of capsule,ligament and other soft tissue to recover the joint functional maximum.
