急性创伤患者心理危机综合护理干预的研究

目的探讨综合护理干预对改善急性创伤患者心理危机的效果。方法将满足条件66例急性创伤患者应用汉密顿焦虑他评量表（HAMA）在入院3d内进行评估，焦虑分数均〉14分。随机分为观察组和对照组各33例，观察组采用综合护理干预方法，包括心理危机干预法和放松训练法等，对照组进行常规的心理支持，比较2组患者出院前2d的焦虑程度。结果对照组和观察组HAMA量表总分、躯体性焦虑因子得分和精神性焦虑因子得分在于预前差异无统计学意义（P〉0，05），干预后2组HAMA量表总分，躯体性焦虑因子和精神性焦虑因子得分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）结论对急性创伤患者的心理危机进行综合护理干预效果优于常规心理支持。

Quantification nursing intervention of daily activities for patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective In order to know the effects of general nursing intervention for patients with mental crisis by acute trauma. Methods Divided 66 patients with mental crisis by acute trauma into the observation group （33 cases） and control group（33 cases） randomly, all the patients had obtained evaluation by HAMA, all of them had scores over 14. Routine nursing cares was used in the control group, while the general nursing intervention was used in the observation group. Compared the anxiety degree between the two groups after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups about mental condition before the nursing intervention, while after the nursing intervention, the ameliorating degree in the observation group was more significant than those of in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion General nursing intervention for patients with mental crisis by acute trauma can effectively release their negative psychological state, and than improve their quality of life, the effects are better than routine nursing cares.
