420nm强脉冲光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

目的探讨中度寻常痤疮患者联合使用420nm强脉冲光以及阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗的临床疗效。方法挑选我院收治的中度寻常痤疮患者100例进行随机分组,一组为治疗组(50例),联合使用420nm强脉冲光以及阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗,另一组为对照组(50例),单纯使用阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗。结果治疗8周后,治疗组有效率(88%)比对照组(40%)高,治疗组Ⅱ级的有效率(92.59%)比对照组Ⅱ级(56%)高,治疗组Ⅲ级的有效率(82.61%)也比对照组Ⅲ级(24%)高;差异均明显,均具有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论中度寻常痤疮患者联合使用420nm强脉冲光以及阿达帕林凝胶进行治疗的临床疗效显著,安全性高。

Clinical observation of 420nm intense pulsed light combined with Adapalene Gel in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 420nm intense pulsed light combined with Adapalene Gel in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 100 patients with moderate acne vulgaris treated in our hospital were randomly selected,the treatment group (50 cases),the combination of 420nm intense pulsed light and Adapalene Gel,and the other group as the control group (50 cases),and only treated with Adapalene Gel.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group (88%) was higher than that in the control group (40%),the effective rate in the treatment group of gradeⅡwas (92.59%) higher than that in the control group (56%),the efficiency (82.61%) was also higher than that of the control group of grade Ⅲ (24%);the differences were significant and all were statistically significant (all P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of 420nm intense pulsed light and Adapalene Gel in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris has significant clinical effect and high safety.
