A型肉毒毒素减轻面部整形切口瘢痕的临床观察

摘    要:目的 对A型肉毒毒素减轻面部整形切口瘢痕的疗效进行分析探讨。对型肉毒毒素减轻面部整形切口瘢痕的疗效进行分析探讨。方法 将2018年1月~2019年5月在我院接将月在我院接受面部整形手术的62例患者随机分为两组,对照组31例患者在关闭切口时注射A型肉毒毒素,对照组31例患者在关闭切口时注射A型肉毒毒素并联合减张压迫法,对比两组瘢痕情况、治疗优良率及患者满意度。结果 观察组瘢痕的颜色、宽度、弹性及平整度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率为93.55%,显著高于对照组的80.65%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度为96.77%,显著高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。结论 面部整形切口注射A型肉毒毒素联合减张压迫法,能够型肉毒毒素联合减张压迫法,能够抑制瘢痕增生,更利于术后美观,临床应用价值更高。

Clinical observation of botulinum toxin A in relieving scar of facial plastic incision

Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of botulinum toxin A(BTX-A)on facial plastic incision scar.Methods 62 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the control group were injected with type A botulinum toxin when closing the incision,and 31 patients in the control group were injected with type A botulinum toxin when closing the incision and combined with decompression and compression method.The scar condition,excellent rate of treatment and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The color,width,elasticity and flatness of scars in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.65%)(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin a combined with decompression and compression can inhibit scar hyperplasia,which is more beneficial to postoperative beauty and higher clinical value.
