慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞亚群及NK细胞检测的临床意义

目的 探讨T细胞亚群及NK细胞在慢性乙型肝炎诊断中的临床价值。方法 应用流式细胞术检测58例慢性乙型肝炎患者和38例正常志愿者外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞 ,用Coulter-JT型血细胞计数仪作血细胞计数。结果 慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CD、CDCDT细胞及CDCD细胞比例增高 ,CDCD/CDCD比值降低 ,与正常组比较(p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.05) ,CDCDT细胞比例无差异。NK细胞比例也明显低于正常对照组(p<0.001)。慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞数、CDCDT细胞及NK细胞数与对照组比较均明显降低(p<0.05、p<0.05、p<0.001) ,CD、CDCDT细胞数与对照组相比虽有增高趋势 ,但无统计学意义 ,CDCD细胞数与对照组比较无差异。结论 慢性乙型肝炎患者机体的免疫功能下降及比例失衡 ,对指导乙肝的临床治疗、判断预后有一定的意义。

The clinic significance of detecting T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell in the patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting T lymphocyte subsets and NK(Natural killer)cell in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Tlymphocyte subsets and NK cell in peripheral blood were detected in58patients with chronic hepatitis B and38normal volunteer by Flowcytometry(FCM)and blood cell were counted by blood cell counter(Coulter-JT). Results As compared with those in control patients,in patients with chronic hepatitis B,the proportion of CD?CD CD Tcell and CD CD were significantly higher,the odds of CD CD/CD CD was obviously lower(p<0.01,p<0.01,p<0.05,p<0.05respectively),but the proportion of CD CD Tlymphocyte had no difference(p>0.05),the proportion of NKcell was also obviously lower(p<0.001). Conclusion The results suggested that the immunological function in patients with chronic hepatitis B were decreased and were out of proportion in lymphocyte,which would has some helpful significance in clinic treatment and prognosis judgement of Chronic Hepatitis B.
