| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大肠癌发生转移和未发生转移的基因表达差异。方法 应用含227个靶基因芯片分析大肠癌裸鼠转移模型的基因表达差异。结果 发现p47LBC、DKVZP434A2322与synthetase—like protein mRNA在发生转移和未发生转移的癌组织中表达差异。结论 提示以上3个基因可能与大肠癌转移相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression difference of colorectal metastasis-relating oncogene. Methods The gene expression difference of the nude mice model of metastasis between the metastasic and the non-metastasic was found by applying the cDNA micro-array containing227gene target. Results The expression difference of the oncogene p47LBC,DKFZP434A2322and synthetase-like protein mRNA was found in the metastasis tissue. Conclusion p47LBC,DKFZP434A2322and synthetase-like protein mRNA might be the metastasis-relating oncogene. |
