| 摘 要： | 目的 :探索麦肯基 (Mckenzie)疗法配合推拿与关节松动术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :将 5 6例患者随机分为试验组和对照组 ,试验组采用Mckenzie疗法配合推拿、关节松动术、腰椎牵引进行治疗 ,对照组采用理疗 (超短波、中频电疗 )配合腰椎牵引进行治疗。结果 :试验组腰椎功能治疗后评分和改善指数明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :麦肯基 (Mckenzie)疗法配合推拿与关节松动术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效好、病人适应强。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Mckenzie therapy,joint mobilization and massage on lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:Fifty-six Patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in trial group were treated with Mckenzie therapy,joint mobilization,massage and lumbar vertebral traction,while patiemts in the control group were treated with lumbar vertebral traction and physical therapy (ultrashort wave electrotherapy and medium frequency electrotherapy).Results:Score for the lumbar vertebral function obtained from the post-treatment trail group,as well as the improvement inedx,was distinctly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The effects of combination of Mckenzie therapy,joint mobilization and massage on lumbar disc protrusion were good. |
