异位妊娠的超声诊断及临床价值分析

目的：探讨超声诊断对异位妊娠的诊断及临床价值。方法：回顾性总结分析85例经临床确诊的异位妊娠。结果：输卵管壶腹部、峡部及伞部妊娠75例，符合率95．8％；间质部妊娠2例，符合率100％；卵巢妊娠1例，为误诊；宫角妊娠2例，符合率100％；宫颈妊娠5例，符合率100％；未破裂型异位妊娠51例，不典型34例。结论：超声检查对异位妊娠能作出较准确的定位诊断，对临床治疗提供了有力证据，具有较高的临床诊断价值。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy and its Clinical Value Analysis

Objective： Investigate the diagnostic and clinical value of ultrasonographic diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Retrospectively summarize and analyze 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy which have been definitely diagnosed. Results：Seventy five cases of oviduct ampulla, isthmus and umbrella pregnancy, coincidence 95.8%; 2 cases of interstitial pregnancy with coincidence of 100%; 1 case ovary pregnancy but it is a misdiagnosis; 2 cases cornual pregnancy with the coincidence of 100%; 5 cases cervical pregnancy; 51 cases of intact ectopic pregnancy,including 34 unrepresentative. Conclusion：Supersonic diagnosis could take out accurate level diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy, and provide vigorous evidence for clinical therapy. As a result it is a significant clinical therapeutic technique for ectopic pregnancy.
