腹腔镜联合理疗治疗输卵管性不孕症疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜联合盆腔理疗对输卵管性不孕症的治疗效果,旨在提高术后的受孕率。方法将2007年1月-2008年12月进行诊治的不孕者86例随机分为干预组与对照组,每组43例。干预组腹腔镜手术治疗,术后进行理疗;对照组不进行理疗。调查并比较两组的治疗效果和患者满意度。结果干预组43例中13例再次宫内妊娠,受孕率为30.23%;对照组再次宫内妊娠,8例（18.60%）两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组总有效率86.05%,明显优于对照组67.44%,且差异亦具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者满意率干预组为90.67%（39/43）,对照组为76.74%（33/43）。两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜联合盆腔理疗可以有效改善治疗效果,提高再次受孕率,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

The Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopy Combining with Pelvic Physiotherapy in Patients with Tubal Infertility

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy combining with pelvic physiotherapy in patients with tubal infertility,aim at improving the postoperative pregnancy rate.Methods Eighty-six infertility patients who treated in this hospital from January 2007 to December 2008 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,43 cases in each group.Treatment group treated with laparoscopic surgery and physical therapy after operation and the control group without physical therapy.The treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction were investigated and compared.Results After treatment,13 cases of 43 patients in the intervention group had re-conception,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate of 30.23%.Eight cases（18.60%）were re-pregnant in control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of intervention group was 86.05%,which was significantly higher than 67.44% of control group,and the difference was also significant（P〈0.05）.The overall satisfaction rate of intervention group was 90.67%（39/43）,while the control group was 76.74%（33/43）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined laparoscopy and pelvic physical therapy are effective in improving the re-pregnancy rate,which should be widely applied in clinical practice.
