| 摘 要： | 目的总结大鼠胰十二指肠移植经验,建立稳定的大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型。方法对119例大鼠胰十二指肠移植的资料进行回顾分析总结。结果预试验组71例,存活率为74.6%;试验组48例,存活率为93.8%.所有存活病例均于24小时内恢复正常,移植后24小时血糖为4.64±0.98mol/L。结论合理的麻醉方法,熟练的操作技巧和技术,是建立稳定的大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型的关键因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the experience of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in allogenic rat,and to establish stable pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in rats.Methods:119 cases of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in rats were studied.Results:The graft survival rate of 71 pre-experiment cases was74.6%,and the graft survival rate of 48 experiment cases was 93.8%.The blood glucose of all survival rats resumed normal level in 24 hours after transplantation.Conclusions:The key factors affecting the graft survival rate were proper anaesthesia methods and practiced surgical techniques. |
