| 摘 要： | 本文报告１９８０年７月至１９９３年２月，手术治疗贲门失弛缓症３４例。２７例经０．５～１２年随访，结果证明效果良好，其中治愈２４例（占８８．９％），有反流性食管炎３例（占１１．１％）。我们对Ｈｅｌｌｅｒ氏手术的方法、疗效和再手术以及是否需附加抗反流性手术等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the results of operative treatment in 34 patients with achalasia of the cardiac of stomach.The postoperative follow-up pertod varied from half to 12 years in 27 cases.The curative rate was 88.9%.Reflux esophagitis occurred in 3 cases (11.1%).The surgical procedures and its effect of Heller's operation,the reoperation,and the necessity to add the antireflux procedure were discussed. |
