应用Orem的自理理论指导胃肠引流患者自我口腔护理的可行性研究

目的探讨应用Orem的自理理论指导留置胃肠引流患者进行自我口腔护理的可行性。方法将 2 30例留置胃肠引流患者随机分成口腔护理组 (对照组 ) 1 1 5例 ,自我口腔护理组 (观察组 ) 1 1 5例 ,通过专职护士的培训指导 ,对两组患者口腔护理后的舒适度、心理状态、医疗费用和护理工作时间进行对比研究。结果观察组患者口腔舒适度明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,心理状态表现为明显放松 ,对康复充满信心 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,医疗费用及护理工作时间明显也低于对照组。结论对于留置胃肠引流患者 ,完全可以充分发挥其自理潜力进行自我口腔护理

Feasibility study on oral self-nursing by applying Orem self-care theory for patients with gastric-intestinal drainage

Objective To study the feasibility on oral self nursing by applying Orem self care theory for patients with gastric intestinal drainage. Method 230 cases in hospital patients with retaining gastric intestinal drainage from Jun. 2002 to Feb.2003 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into oral nursing group (control, 115 cases) and oral self nursing group (observation, 115 cases). Trained and instructed by specialized nurses, the extent of comfortable, psychological status, medical fee and timing needed for nurse were observed and compared between the two groups. Result The extent of oral comfortable in observation group is significant exceeded that in control group. The patients in observation group are psychological relax and confident. The medical charge and time needed for nursing in observation group are remarkably lower than that in control group. Conclusion The self nursing potential could be developed for conducting oral self nursing for patient with retaining gastric intestinal drainage.
