| 摘 要： | 目的探索品管圈活动在术中一次性医用耗材管理中的效果与体会。方法成立“品管圈”组织，确立术中医用耗材管理项目，对手术中一次性医用耗材浪费现象进行原因分析，制订相应的整改措施并组织实施。结果提高了手术中一次性医用耗材的有效使用，增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和工作满足感，充分地发挥了护理人员的积极性、创造性、主动性。结论“品管圈”活动在术中一次性医用耗材使用中取得了较好的效果，值得推广。
