音乐对无痛人工流产患者术前焦虑程度的影响

目的研究无术前用药的无痛人工流产患者术前给予统一柔美、舒缓的弦乐是否可以影响其焦虑情绪,同时评估状态焦虑量表(State Anxiety Inventory test,SAI)和0~10cm焦虑视觉模拟评分量表(Visual AnalogScale,VAS)两种焦虑评测方法的相关性。方法54例拟行无痛人工流产术的年轻女性患者,随机分为对照组(n=27)、音乐组(n=27)。进入手术室后音乐组聆听背景音乐30min等待手术,对照组无音乐播放。所有患者于术前一天、进入手术室即刻和入手术室后30min采用SAI量表和焦虑VAS评分评测焦虑程度,并测量平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)和心率(heart rate,HR)。结果(1)两组比较,音乐组MAP在入手术室后30min显著低于对照组(P0.05);(2)音乐组SAI评分和焦虑VAS评分在入手术室后30min显著低于对照组(P0.01);(3)两组患者SAI评分同焦虑VAS评分皆为显著正相关(P0.01)。结论无术前用药的无痛人工流产患者术前给予统一柔美、舒缓的弦乐可以显著缓解其焦虑情绪,两种评测方法具有显著正相关。
