苏打水口腔护理预防呼吸道真菌感染的效果探讨

呼吸科重症患者常并发呼吸道肺部真菌染，给治疗带来一定的困难，威胁患者的生命为了寻求有效的预防方法，除合理应用抗生素，严格执行消毒事离措施外，我们采用了５％苏水对１９６年１月－８月期间的重症患者１０２人进行口腔护理，与１９９５年同期相比较，真菌感经明显下降。

Oral Nursing with Soda Solution against Fungous Infection in Respiratory Tract

Fungous infection often occured in respiratory tract and Lungs of sever patients with respiratory disease, which throws some obstacle in the treatment and often threatens the patient's life. In addtion to antibiotic and strict sterilization and isolation, the author washed 102 sever respiratory patient's oral cavity with 5 % soda solution,who admitted in January to August in 1996, in oder to prevent from fungous infection. The result showed that the proportion of fungous infection in respiratory tract in this year were less then that in 1995.
