| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨26例肝癌切除联合脾切除及门奇静脉断流术后并发症的预防与护理.方法 术后严密观察患者生命体征、引流液等,防止低血容量性休克的发生;严密观察腹部体征、切口渗液、引流液性质、腹液胆红素等指标,以及有无肝功能衰竭、胸腔积液、胆瘘、膈下感染的发生;观察切口有无红、肿、热、痛,防止感染;适当活动、有效的咳嗽排痰防止肺部...
