精神科护士良心压力与职业倦怠感的相关性研究

目的了解精神科护士良心压力与职业倦怠感现状,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法对207名精神科护士应用一般资料调查表、良心压力调查问卷及Maslach职业倦怠量表进行调查。结果精神科护士良心压力整体处于中等水平,总分为(40.46±29.26)分,职业倦怠感为中重度水平;各维度得分由高到低依次为个人成就感低、情绪耗竭、去人性化,良心压力与职业倦怠感之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精神科护士良心压力与职业倦怠感关系密切。提示护理管理者应重视精神科护士的心理状况,降低护士的良心压力水平,从而降低其职业倦怠感。

Study on correlation between stress of conscience and job burnout of psychiatric nursing staff

Objective To probe into the correlation between stress of conscience and job burnout of psychiatric nursing staff,and provide theory evidence for improving their physical and mental health level. Methods 207 psychiatric nurses were selected as study objects. They received questionnaire survey by stress of conscience questionnaire and Maslach job burnout scale to understand the stress of conscience and job burnout of psychiatric nurses and to explore the correlation between them. Results The stress of conscience of psychiatric nurses was in the middle level with a total score of(40.46±29.26). job burnout was moderate to severe, the dimensions scores from high to low were a sense of achievement, emotional exhaustion and dehumanization, stress of conscience is positively correlated with job burnout(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological status of psychiatric nursing staff, reducing nurses’ stress of conscience level to reduce job burnout.
