| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨静脉套管针在防止高压注射器CT增强扫描时造影剂外渗的护理效果。方法 将CT增强扫描2290例病人随机分为2组：套管针组选用静脉套管针1096例；头皮针组选用带翼头皮针1194例。结果 套管针组造影剂外渗仅1例，头皮针组造影剂外渗30例，经统计学处理差异有显著意义。结论 高压注射器行CT增强时，选用静脉套管针可使造影剂外渗率大幅度下降。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing effect for preventing of contrast media exosmosis caused by high pressure needle through integrated catheter in enhancement CT.Methods 2 290 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group, 1 096 cases, with integrated catheter, the other group, 1194 cases, with winged infusion set.Results There were only one case with contrast media exosmosis among 1096 cases using integrated catheter, but 30 cases contrast media exosmosis found in other group.There were significant difference between the two group (P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of contrast medium exosmosis can be markedly reduced by using integrated catheter in enhancement CT with high-pressure needle. |
