| 摘 要： | 目的在教育国际化背景下，探索和建设适合我国本科英语护理专业发展的课程体系。方法根据护理专业能力结构的特点修订培养目标，确立课程设置的原则，探索和建设适应国内外医疗卫生市场需要的英语护理专业课程体系。结果通过对英语护理专业课程体系的建设与实践，护生的综合能力更加完善，更具竞争力，从而能适应国内外医疗护理市场的需要。结论要在不断升级的国际卫生市场竞争中增强整体实力，必须深化英语护理专业教育改革，培养具有国际视野和竞争力的通用型护理人才。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and establish the curricular system on nursing specialty English major based on educational internationalization. Method To revise cultivate objectives and establish teaching curriculum based on the characteristic of nursing specialty for the establishment of the curricular system. Result The comprehensive competent of student nurses increased and student nurses became more competitive to meet the needs of domestic and international nursing. Conclusion Curricular system reforming on nursing specialty English major widen the student nurses international vision and improve their applied ability to meet the needs of domestic and international nursing market. |
