2型糖尿病患者自护行为的调查研究

目的 了解2型糖尿病患者的自护行为执行情况，揭示存在的问题。方法 采用2型糖尿病自护行为量表（2－SCS）调查2型糖尿病门诊患者130人。结果（1）2型糖尿病患者自护行为的平均得分指标为70．09％；（2）各分量表得分指标从高到低依次为遵嘱服药，饮食控制，处理高低血糖，血糖监测，锻炼和足部护理；（3）当执行难度增加时自护行为水平下降；（4）接受过和未接受过健康教育者在锻炼，血糖监测和遵嘱服药方面差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者自行为有待改善，护理人员应对糖尿病健康教育的场所，内容，方式和对象做适当调整。

Survey on self-care behavior among 2 type diabetes patients

objective To investigate the self-care behavior among 2 type diabetes patients. Method 2-SCS was used to interview 130 outpatients with 2 type diabetes mellitus. Results The index scoring of self-care behavior among 2 type diabetes patients was 70.09%. In descending order of sub-scale indexes was medicine taking, food control, hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia dealing, blood or urine glucose testing, regular exercise and foot care. The level of self-care behavior decreased with barriers. In terms of exercise, blood or urine glucose testing and medicine taking, there were no significant differences between educated patients and non-educated patients ( P >0.05). Conclusion The self-care behavior of diabetes patients need to be improved, and diabetes education should be made some changes on place, content, strategy and clients.
