| 摘 要： | 结合国际护理教育的发展趋势,对本科涉外护理专业人才培养方案进行改革,初步构建以护理角色和实践能力为核心的课程体系,突出培养学生在跨文化背景下的沟通能力和工作能力,使学生的知识结构更具实用性和针对性,也更能适应国内外医疗护理市场的需求.
