客观结构化临床考试在护理本科毕业生临床能力评价中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在本科毕业生临床能力评价中的应用。方法在探讨护理临床能力内涵的基础上,构建OSCE考核方案,并对33名2004级护理本科毕业生进行考核及成绩分析。结果本次考试方案难度适中,区分度指数较高,有较好的信度和效度。结论OSCE能够客观有效地评价护生的临床能力,但应根据存在的问题进行进一步完善改进。

A study on application of OSCE in evaluation of the clinical competence of college nursing students

Abstract:Objective To study the application of OSCE in the clinical competence assessment of nursing graduates. Method Based on the probing into the essence of nursing clinical competence, set OSCE assessment program, and apply to 33 nursing college graduates grading 2004, and evaluate the exam results. Result With moderate difficulty and high distinction index, OSCE proves to have terrific reliability and validity. Conclusion OSCE is able to assess the clinical ability of nursing students efficiently and objectively, however, it requires further improvement according to the existing problems.
