抗阻力运动联合口服葡萄籽原花青素对青少年OSAHS患者身体形态、血清瘦素水平及睡眠的影响

摘    要:目的观察抗阻力运动联合口服葡萄籽原花青素对青少年肥胖阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者身体形态、血清瘦素水平及睡眠的影响。方法于华北理工大学附属医院社区服务站内选取80例11~18岁的青少年肥胖患者,采用投掷硬币法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予抗阻力运动,观察组在此基础上应用葡萄籽原花青素。结果治疗前两组患者身体形态指数、血清瘦素水平及睡眠指数比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后两组身体形态指数、血清瘦素水平及睡眠指数较前改善差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组身体形态指数有不同程度提高(P0.05);血清瘦素水平有不同程度下降(P0.05);呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)由(54.4±22.7)/h降至(46.82±23.86)/h(P0.05);最低血氧饱和度明显改善,由(66.0±12.1)%升高至(83.7±9.1)%(P0.05);平均血氧饱和度也明显改善,由(86.5±16.8)%升高至(93.6±22.2)%(P0.05)。结论抗阻力运动口服葡萄联合籽原花青素能显著改善肥胖患者的身体形态,降低血清瘦素水平,改善睡眠。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of combination of resistance exercise and taken orally grape seed proanthocyanidins for improving figure,serum leptin levels and sleep quality in obese adolescents with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 80 cases of adolescents aged 11~18 from north China university of science and technology affiliated hospital within the community service station was divided into control group and observation group by the coin toss method 40 cases in each hroap.Patients in control group was given resistance exercise,and patients in observation group was given resistance exercise and taken orally grape seed proanthocyanidins.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference for adolescents in figure,serum leptin levels and sleep quality between two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference for adolescents in figure,serum leptin levels and sleep quality for two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the figure,serum leptin levels in the observation group were better(P<0.05);The lowest oxygen saturation and mean oxygen saturation were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Apnea hypopnea index(AHI) was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of resistance exercise and taken orally grape seed proanthocyanidins will improve the cognition on figure,in the mean time will decrease the serum leptin levels and improve the sleep quality.
