膝关节置换术后早期引入临床康复护理路径的效果评价

目的探讨临床康复路径管理在膝关节置换术后患者早期康复中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月收治的膝关节置换术病人246例,随机分为两组,各123例。对照组按入院、术前、术后、出院分阶段实施常规护理,观察组在术后实施临床康复护理路径管理,比较两组患者术后不同时间膝关节KSS评分、膝关节ROM评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、疼痛评分及并发症的发生率。结果两组患者术后不同时间膝关节KSS评分、膝关节ROM评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者术后日常生活能力评分、疼痛评分及病发症比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对膝关节置换术后患者实施临床康复护理路径管理可有效改善膝关节功能,提高日常生活自理能力,降低术后疼痛程度及并发症的发生率。

Effect evaluation of early rehabilitation nursing pathway after knee replacement

Objective To study the application effect of clinical rehabilitation pathway management in the early rehabilitation of patients after knee joint replacement surgery.Methods 246 patients with knee joint replacement from January 2014 to December 2015 was selected and randomly divided into two groups, 123 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing according to the admission, pre-operative, postoperative and discharge stages.Patient in intervention group was given the clinical rehabilitation nursing route management after operation.The knee joint KSS score, knee joint ROM score, daily living ability (ADL) score, pain score and complication rate were compared between the two groups at different times after operation.Results There was significant difference in the knee joint KSS score and knee joint ROM score of the two groups at different times were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of daily living ability and pain scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant differences in postoperative complications between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusions The management of clinical rehabilitation pathway can effectively improve the function of knee joint, improve the self-care of daily life, and reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications.
