| 摘 要： | 目的:总结心脏外伤的诊治经验.方法:回顾性分析21例心脏外伤患者的资料,包括心脏贯通破裂伤8例,心包破裂及心肌未完全穿透伤3例,心脏顿挫伤6例,大血管损伤3例,游走性心脏异物1例.结果:1例患者术后室间隔缺损,1例患者术后脑梗塞,1例术后肺动脉栓塞,无死亡病例.结论:贯穿性心脏损伤、心包填塞病死率高,果断快速的进胸止血...
