Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪测定平均血小板体积参考区间的调查

目的对SysmexXE-2100血液分析仪测定正常成年人静脉血平均血小板体积（MPV）的参考区间进行调查,以建立适合本实验室的参考区间。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准协会（CLSI）C-28A2指南,筛选参考个体、采集运送标本、检测标本和分析数据,并对新建立的参考区间进行验证与比较。结果 MPV在正常人群中不服从正态分布,且不同性别组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,可合并参考区间。合并后的参考区间为8.4～12.9fL。用200名健康体检者的MPV检测结果对新建立参考区间进行验证,在区间外的数据占3%。结论不同性别人群可合并参考区间,合并后建立的参考区间本实验室可接受。

Investigation of reference interval of mean platelet volume by hematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100

Objective To investigate the reference interval of mean platelet volume（ MPV） in healthy adults＇ venous blood by hematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100,and establish the suitable reference interval to our laboratory. Methods Reference individual selection,specimen collection and transportation,specimen detection and data analysis were accomplished according to the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute （ CLSI） C-28A2,and the new reference interval was validated and compared. Results The results of MPV in healthy subjects did not conform to normal distribution,and the results between male and female showed no statistical significance （ P〉0. 05）. The combined reference interval of MPV was 8. 4-12. 9 fL. The new reference interval was validated by the results of MPV determination in 200 healthy subjects. There were 3% data out of the reference interval. Conclusions The reference interval of different gender can be combined,and the new reference interval can be acceptable.
