多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在临床应用中的评价

目的 评价多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片在健康人群的普查、肿瘤的早期诊断及监测预后的应用.方法 使用C-12型多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统(C-12)测定分析8 330例恶性肿瘤患者、9 657例良性疾病患者和23 531名健康体检者血清12种常见肿瘤标志物:甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199 (CA199)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(f-PSA)、铁蛋白(FER)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)和人生长激素(HGH).结果 C-12对健康人群肿瘤的检出率为7.03%,恶性肿瘤组的阳性率达85.6%.结论 运用C-12联合检测多种肿瘤标志物可以提高恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性,可应用于预后及疗效观察,对肿瘤高危人群的普查具有一定的指导意义.

Evaluation of clinical application of detection system of multi-tumor markers protein chip

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of C-12 multi-tumor markers protein chip (C-12) in healthy population census,early diagnosis in tumors and monitoring prognosis. Methods The serum levels of 12 tumor markers,including carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),neuron-specific enolase (NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),ferritin(FER),free prostate specific antigen (f-PSA),prostate specific antigen(PSA),human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) and human growth hormone(HGH),were determined in 8 330 malignant tumor patients,9 657 patients with benign disease and 23 531 healthy controls by C-12 system. Results The positive rates determined by the C-12 system in malignant tumor patients were 85.6% and 7.03% in healthy population. Conclusions Combined measurement of multiple serum tumor markers can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for malignant tumor,and be used as an earlier tumor-screening tool to asymptomatic people,especially to the high risk people.
