| 摘 要： | 目的观察结构化智力训练系统对全面提高患儿能力的影响。方法100例脑损伤患儿分为实验组和对照组，均进行综合康复治疗，实验组加强结构化智力训练，训练前后采用残疾儿童综合功能评定。结果两组治疗后综合能力评分均有增加，实验组训练前后增加分数明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），其中认知、自理和社会适应分项有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论结构化智力圳练系统可全面提高脑损伤患儿的综合能力。
