结构化智力训练系统对脑损伤患儿综合能力的影响

摘    要:目的观察结构化智力训练系统对全面提高患儿能力的影响。方法100例脑损伤患儿分为实验组和对照组,均进行综合康复治疗,实验组加强结构化智力训练,训练前后采用残疾儿童综合功能评定。结果两组治疗后综合能力评分均有增加,实验组训练前后增加分数明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),其中认知、自理和社会适应分项有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论结构化智力圳练系统可全面提高脑损伤患儿的综合能力。
